At T LEATHER, customer satisfaction is one of our top priorities, and we are committed to providing high-quality products

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving the order, in accordance with the Egyptian Consumer Protection Law and its applicable exceptions

The product must be returned in its original condition and must not have been used, damaged, or altered due to the customer, subject to legally applicable exceptions

In case of a manufacturing defect, customers may request a return or replacement within 30 days of receiving the product, in accordance with applicable law

Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund process will be completed according to the applicable case and the original payment method
